Directions

For our Patients Traveling form outside the area: Orange County, New York; NYS Thruway to Route 17 south to route 4 east and follow directions below. Rockland County, New York; Garden State Parkway to Route 17 south (GSP exit #163) to Route 4 east and follow directions below. Newark and areas south; take Garden State Parkway north to exit #161 and exit directly onto Route 4 east, follow directions below. Western Jersey and Pennsylvania; Take route 80 east and exit onto Garden state Parkway north. Exit GSW at #161 directly onto Route 4east and follow directions below.

From Route 4, Eastbound: Follow Route 4 East and exit at the signs for River Edge/local traffic. Look for this exit about 1/2 mile east off Toys-R-Us on Route 4. Make the second right off the exit service road onto Johnson Avenue Please note that Johnson Avenue is not marked but is the second right on the service ramp and the last turn before getting back onto Route 4. Proceed straight 6/10th of a mile south on Johnson Avenue passing through a blinking yellow light and a stop sign, to 16 Johnson Avenue and turn left into our office driveway. Ample parking is provided in the rear of the building

From Route 4 Westbound: Exit Route 4 West at the Grand Avenue/Kinderkamack Road/River Edge/Local Streets exit. Make an immediate right hand turn as you exit Route 4 and follow the exit road around to a traffic light (Kinderkamack Road). Make a right hand turn onto Kinderkamack road heading south towards Hackensack. Proceed 3/10ths of a mile south and you will pass back underneath Route 4, Kinderkamack Road will end and merge with Johnson Avenue from your right. Continue south 4/10th of a mile on Johnson Avenue to 16 Johnson Avenue and turn left into our office driveway. Ample parking is provided in the rear of the building.

From Route 46 East/Westbound: At the Little Ferry traffic circle follow the signs for Bergen Turnpike north towards Hackensack. As you travel north for 3.2 miles you will pass underneath Route 80, pass the Bergen County Office Buildings on your left, and The Bergen Record Office on your right. Bergen Turnpike will eventually turn into to River Street. Further north you will pass Sears on your left, at the second traffic light past Sears (on your left is a large Target Store) you will make a left onto Temple Avenue. Take Temple Avenue to the end (3/10ths mile). At the traffic light make a hard right onto Johnson Avenue. Our office is on the right (identified by a green awning), make a right hand turn into our driveway. Ample parking is provided in the rear of our building.
